🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refund Policy

If your cancellation is approved before shipping, we will initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, Net banking).

If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

For personalized or custom products unless they are defective or damaged.
📦 Returns for Damaged / Defective Products
We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. Please report the issue with clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
